Southern Indian food often makes use of tropical fruit as well as seafood. Popular dishes include Biriyani and Bajji
The first western country to adopt the Indian cuisine was Britain where it became a staple food.
From Tandoori and grill dishes to different curries and stews, Indian cuisine is as British as fish and chips .
Chicken Tikka masala – Britain most popular dish (Indian or other) was actually invented in Glasgow in the 1960’s, where a customer of an Indian restaurant asked for some gravy to be added to his Chicken Tikka.
