Price promise

It's official, ordering on Urbanbite is cheaper than ordering direct to the restaurant, or than ordering on any other website.
It might not look like it on the surface because we want to project a very slick and professional image, but our goal is to provide the best value possible. This is how we do it:

1. We never mark up any menus. We always list exact restaurant prices. If however you notice a mistake on any of our menus, please let us know asap at menus@urbanbite, quoting the name of the restaurant and the dish(es) in question.

2. We are always careful to include all of the restaurant's special offers and make sure that as you order, we match up any existing offer according to your choices.

3. We have obtained many exclusive offers for Urbanbite from selected restaurants.

4. Although we have to cover our costs by charging a credit card processing fee, we charge the lowest fee from all our competitors and the restaurants themselves. You won't even notice the fee at 35p.

5. We reward all our customers with a £2 voucher on their first order, and we also send you many additional promotional vouchers on an occasional basis. So you should always have the opportunity to pay less than the restaurant's price.

And apart from all that, when you order online, you really do know how much you are paying so there will be no nasty little surprises on your bill.


If by some extraordinary case you have ordered but have found a cheaper alternative (to the same restaurant), we will happily refund you TWICE the difference. Please write to us at generalFeedbak@urbanbite.com explaining the details.
