All our food is homemade and 100% fresh, including pastries and traditional Arabic dishes like hoummos, the most traditional Arabic dish, is made with freshly squeezed lemon, which is unseen in other restaurants.All our exceptional dishes like Fatayer, salads or even dips, are made only with freshly squeezed lemon, spring onions, instead of tomatoes we use cherry tomatoes and we prefer baby spinach. We try to make the healthiest choices for our customers, to offer a modern traditional Lebanese cuisine. We are proud to have 21 different dishes to welcome vegetarians, which is more than 50% of our menu now.
