Food was mediocre (and cold), arrived very late (nearly 30 mins) - no apology or communication from the restaurant. Delivery man said that he`d just picked it up from the restaurant, so was an issue with the restaurant rather than UrbanBite.

The food was very good. The portion size on the pho and rice-noodle dishes was decent, but I wouldn`t recommend the prawn clay pot if you`re expecting the usual big-bowl clay pots (it was delicious, but definitely not worth the price for about one cup of sauce and 7 shrimp with nothing else mixed in). The delivery time was very poor: we are very close to the restaurant, yet our food was late by about 30 minutes and was slightly cold. I got a voicemail message twice when I called to check on the status of the order: the third time I called, I did reach a very kind gentleman who was extremely polite and informative, but it shouldn`t have taken 3 calls. Again, the food was quite good, but it might be better to eat-in or do takeaway instead of getting delivery if you`re in a hurry.
