We use this restaurant often but find it very frustrating that everytime there is something left off our order, it can be drinks or icecream. It is usually replaced within the 30 minutes but still annoying when you only have a limited time to eat your meal..

This is absolutely atrocious service. The man on the phone was rude and unhelpful and kept promising the food would be delivered "in the next 10 minutes". If this is how Jasmine Garden is run, I will never be ordering from the again.

Ordered for lunch at noon but no timeslots available, so forced to choose an evening time to oput order through. Mentioned that we would like the food ASAP in the `Instructions` and also chat box, received a prompt response that Jasmine Garden has confirmed our order for lunch. Delivered over an hour late at 2:15pm - incredbily over 2 hrs after order was placed, there was no explanation on why the food was delivered over an hour later than stated! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Hi, I ordered at Jasmine`s Garden at 11.40pm, because it showed me that it was still opened and I received the confirmation that the food went through. When I just call to track my order, I was told that the order was not prepared and that it won`t be delivered. I was told that I would be reimbursed the money. I replied that it would have been nice that I had been told earlier, that my food won`t be delivered, so that I could have ordered somewhere else. The person on the phone started insulting me.
