The menu offers traditional and healthy Indian recipes. Cooking involves the use of the Tandoor for an authentic Indian smoky flavour, and a large charcoal-fired oven for baking naan bread. Classic dishes include the lamb Chilli Gosht – boneless lamb in a spicy tomato-based sauce garnished with green chillies; Tandoori King Prawns – prawns marinated in herbs and roasted in the clay oven; and the delicious Chicken Tikka Masala.
