Namaasté Kitchen is a new concept from The Salaam Namaste Bloomsbury team www.salaam-namaste.co.uk.Drawing on the same ethos of innovation and creativity as the original restaurant, namaasté kitchen offers sophisticated Indian grills where you will experience broadest range and varieties of quality Indian & Pakistani grilling using subtle complex marinades that add flavors and distinction. We also have a collection of Modern Indian and traditional curries and biryanis. The a la carte menu has been skilfully prepared by owner Sabir Karim and his kitchen team and reflects his innovative and contemporary style of Indian cooking, blending delicate flavours, light textures and stunning presentation.The food is prepared by the three core Indian grilling methods - Tandoor, a really hot clay oven. Sigri, which involved cooking over a coal flame. Tawa, which is cooking or griddling on a hot thick iron plate.We look forward to delivering to you!
